i_amVISIONING ART: SPIRIT JOURNALING
Create a spirit journal for inspiration and guidance. There are many different ways to structure a spirit journal. I use my spirit journal to document appreciations, favorite quotes, poems, blessings, prayers, wishes, dreams, affirmations and gratitude’s. I collage these with favorite photographs, cards, words, paintings, beautiful handmade papers, stickers, colored pens and interesting stamps.

VISION STORY BOARD: THE POWER of VISUALIZATION
“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions”
~Albert Einstein (1879-1955)

STEP ONE: CLARIFY AND SET YOUR INTENTION:
Through a collaborative dialogue with your coach, you will bring yourself to the most positive emotion you can muster regarding your vision for your life. It is important to recognize that if you come from scarcity or resistance, the abundance can’t break through. Taking a positive approach will clear the way for clarifying and setting your intention as well as motivate you to overcome obstacles. Setting an intention means to have in mind a purpose or a plan, to clarify your inner calling, to direct the mind towards your heart’s desire. With clear intention, all the forces of the universe can align to make the most impossible, possible.

STEP TWO: VISUALIZE WHAT YOU WANT TO MANIFEST:

Envision yourself doing, being or having that which you have imagined. Be as specific as possible in your visualization and act as if it is already an accomplished fact. This process involves thinking, feeling, hearing and seeing your inner calling exactly as you wish it to be.

STEP THREE: CREATE A COLLAGE REPRESENTING YOUR INTENTION:

With your intention, in mind:
Cut out pictures and words from magazine; from your own stash of photographs, art cards, postcards from your travels, and favorite greeting cards. You can let your imagination go wild with a vision board, and place pictures of all the things you want, and how you want your life to be. Using a piece of core board as the base, you collage images and words that represent what you intent to bring into your life. You then place the Vision Board where you can see it everyday. Feel the feelings of having those things now. Create daily affirmations and give gratitude for what is coming into your life. (Click here to see examples of vision storyboards)
